Although each particular business has a different reason for wanting a website, what's true for all is that a website is a business's home, online. The first thing we need to know is a basic, high-level framework that you need for your site. This framework includes:

• Types and number of pages.

• Possible design idea or links to inspirational sites (unless you're open to our design creativity).

• Specific needs you have such as a blog, store, online booking, or member area, for example.

• What action you want site visitors to take on your site. Maybe your site is an informational-only site, or maybe you want them to complete an online form, purchase a program/product, or sign up for a class or event.

Once we get an idea of what you need, we can then ask more specific questions to help narrow things down.

Bottom line, we want to be able to picture in our minds exactly what we're building for you. Even though the exact layout and design are yet to be determined, we want to be 100% sure we can deliver what you need in order to provide a quote.

That being said, if we cannot deliver what you need for your site, we will be upfront and inform you immediately so you may continue moving ahead with the best web designer for your needs.

We handle redesigns in two different ways, and it depends on how you prefer to move forward.

1. We redesign the site on your current, live site. We build hidden pages that are unseen from the live site. We provide links to view the newly designed pages and once the framework, design, revisions, and edits are complete and you give the go-ahead, we then transition the pages to live and hide the old pages.

2. We redesign on a new site OR a duplicated version of your site. Once the framework, design, revisions, and edits are complete, we then transfer your Wix premium plan and domain to the new site.

There is no right or wrong path, but usually boils down to a matter of preference to the client and based on a client's payment choice.

For your website project, we need: your logo or business name, any brand guidelines or font files, content for the site (services, descriptions, bio), and media assets (photos, product images, videos). If you don't provide images, we'll use stock images as placeholders. For online booking or an online store, we need bookable services/classes, availability, product titles, images, descriptions, and pricing. We also need the email address you'll use for the website.

If you need a professional email, we can help acquire one through Zoho Mail for an additional cost. At the end of the build, you'll need to purchase hosting and your domain name, which can be acquired through our recommended providers.

Our pricing breakdowns are as such:

$750 USD for classic websites or $950 USD for advanced sites, and $1250 USD for eCommerce sites (up to 20 flat priced items).

These price-points are used as a baseline and does not imply this may be your actual quote once all requirements are taken into consideration.

The timeline for designing a website varies based on project complexity, scope, and client availability for feedback and content. A simple brochure website may take a few weeks to a month, while a complex e-commerce site could take several months. External factors like content delays, design changes, or technical issues can also impact the timeline. For a precise estimate, schedule a quick call or fill out our contact form to discuss your project's details. If you need a quick turnaround, a rush fee of $250 can be added to your quote to prioritize your project.

It means mobile responsive website is very essential these days. And we understand this need, that is why every website which we build or design is mobile responsive.

We don't like hidden fees and prices, so we assume the same for you. This is why we take the time to ask a lot of questions upfront and is probably not the cheapest project bid you'll receive.

It's also important to us that you love your site! We understand that you see your newly designed site, live, you may decide that a color or format isn't working for you and what we will accomplish during revisions, which include two (2). *

NOTE: *Design revisions are considered large-scale design and layout changes after the initial framework has been built. Edits are not included in design revisions, but we will edit and tweak smaller changes that do not impact major design changes, until corrected.

We do not offer traditional payment plans. Payment options depend on website ownership during the build. If we own the website, we accept a 50/50 payment option: 50% upfront and 50% at the end of the build or within 21 days. If you own the website, 100% payment upfront is required. For a 50/50 option, you can duplicate your site and transfer ownership to us. Final payment does not close the build; we continue working until completion.

To get your website to show up on Google, SEO is key. At CreativD-Sign, we include built-in SEO features in our packages, such as header tags, image alt text, page titles, and descriptions. We also use advanced SEO tools to optimize your site with top keywords before launch, ensuring it's ready for Google indexing. Note that we don't offer advanced SEO with custom meta tags, but our platform automatically updates backend site maps for all sites.

Yes, your website will have a site map, but it won't be a public-facing, clickable page. Our platform's site maps are backend and set up for Google to crawl them. User-facing site maps are not relevant for our site builds. Our platform automatically updates backend site maps for all sites.
