If a rush job is required, this will be taken into account during the quoting process. *NOTE: If you do need a thight turn-around, a rush fee that pushes you to the front of queue can be added to your quote for an additional $ 250.

We handle redesigns in two different ways, and it depends on how you prefer to move forward. We redesign the site on your current, live site. We build hidden pages that are unseen from the live site. We provide links to view the newly designed pages and once the framework, design, revisions, and edits are complete and you give the go-ahead, we then transition the pages to live and hide the old pages. We redesign on a new site OR a duplicated version of your site. Once the framework, design, revisions, and edits are complete, we then transfer your Wix premium plan and domain to the new site. There is no right or wrong path, but usually boils down to a matter of preference to the client and based on a client's payment choice.

For a website build or redesign, we will need all content that will go into the site. Logo or business name. Any brand guidelines and/or font files, if available. Content for the site, for example, your services and descriptions, your bio, etc. Media assets, such as your photo, any images of your products, videos. If images are not provided, we issue stock images as placeholders until new images are provided to me. If you need online booking or an online store, we will need your bookable services/classes, availibility for appointments, online store product titles, images, descriptions, pricing, etc. Email address you will be using for the website. If you do not have professional email, we can help in acquiring an email through Zoho mail for an additional cost. At the end of the build, you will need: To purchase Wix Hosting (Wix Premium Plan) Your domain name, which can be aquired through Wix Domains

We do our best to provide an ALL-INCLUSIVE price quote, unless otherwise stated. We don't like hidden fees and prices, so we assume the same for you. This is why we take the time to ask a lot of questions upfront and is probably not the cheapest project bid you'll receive. It's also important to us that you love your site! We understand that you see your newly designed site, live, you may decide that a color or format isn't working for you and what we will accomplish during revisions, which include two (2). * NOTE: *Design revisions are considered large-scale design and layout changes after the initial framework has been built. Edits are not included in design revisions, but we will edit and tweak smaller changes that do not impact major design changes, until corrected.

Our pricing breakdowns are as such: $750 USD for classic websites or $950 USD for advanced sites, and $1250 USD for eCommerce sites (up to 20 flat priced items). These price-points are used as a baseline and does not imply this may be your actual quote once all requirements are taken into consideration.

Unfortunately, we're unable to provide payment plans for my clients. We suggest paying with bank transfer and provide a proof of payment. In regard to payment options, this is determined by who owns the website as its built or redesigned. If we own the website during the built, then we will accept a 50/50 payment option. 50/50 payment option is: 50% of the quoted and accepted build price paid upfront to initiate work. 50% of the quoted price paid at the end of the build, or three weeks (21-days)*, whichever comes first.** * The final 50% payment may be reduced to as little as 7-14 days, or extended beyond 21 days after the initial 50% payment. This is determined on a per-job basis & based on the size of the project. Most project sizes are completed within this timeframe. Timeframes are mostly based on the communications delays during revisions and edits. Bottom line: we wait on the client more than the client waits on me. **Final payment does not close a build if the build is still open. We will still continue to work on your site until 100% completed and launched. If you own the website during the build and we are added as a contributor to your site. 100% payment upfront is required. If you absolutely require a 50/50 payment, a workaround for this option is for you to duplicate your website and transfer the ownership of the duplicated site over to me. NOTE: Unless we're working as a contributor on your site, we will transfer the website to your ownership after final payment has been processed.

SEO is important and fortunately, Wix has a great SEO built in. Wix has provided all the SEO staples in the backend of their platform and a great SEO Wiz to finish the site right before launch. Our site quotes include all basic Wix SEO into the build/redesign such as: Header tags Image Alt Text where applicable Page titles Page descriptions Wix SEO Wiz (utilizing top 3-5 keywords against page meta titles/descriptions) which is the last step prior to launch and your site is ready to be submitted to Google for indexing. NOTE: We do not offer advanced SEO with custom Meta Tags. Meta Tags are set with page titles, descriptions, and through the use of the Wix SEO Wizard with basic Wix SEO setup. Front, user-facing site maps are not relevant with Wix site builds and Wix automatically updates backend site maps for all Wix sites.
